I, like, don’t get it. I love sports but I didn’t go to a big school so I do not understand the madness that is MARCH MADNESS. I know what a bracket is; I know what basketball is; I have college teams I would root for if I understood how they got to compete in March Madness and what they get if they win. Is it just prestige or is it a pony? (I’d like the pony but that’s just me.)
Next year for Lent I vow to give up my ignorance of March Madness and learn a thing or two about it. Someone please remind me of this next February (is that early enough?).
