Yes!  I think I do.  The only problem is the cost which ain’t cheap.  It’s over $2200, folks!  I do love it and I can sort of afford it kinda, in a manner of speaking.  It will also free up a lot of room in my apartment which is a good thing since I need as much space as I can get.  Studio livin’ ain’t easy.

Here is the set – headboard, bed with 6 drawers, two night stands…

Every time I think about the purchase I get a little nauseous, I won’t lie.  But the idea of having a new set that isn’t (ahem) “marital” makes me get all giggly and excited.  (Not *that* way, you perverts… Ok, a little that way.  Whatever.)

I also have a not so bad looking friend who is willing to help me take apart the old bed frame so there are worse ways to spend a Saturday.  Also, in lieu of gifts, I can send people pictures of me frolicking on my new bed, putting my wares into the drawers, throwing out old furniture, etc.  Their holiday gifts can be images of me loving my purchase!  Hooray…?!

Anyhoo, here is the plan… Get this awesome new set and toss my Target furniture, Ikea bed and those ugly Rubbermaid storage containers that are under my bed.  Get some bookshelves and put them up which will allow me to chuck the bookcase I have.  Move the kitchen table to the opposite wall and put a couch where the table was and throw a flat screen on the wall above the table thus creating a sitting/entertaining area that isn’t my bed.  (Stop being pervy, you pervs!)

Granted there is very little chance you can visualize the up-and-coming awesomeness of my place but the idea makes me happy and… so… I… am… going… to… REALLY CONSIDER… buying… the… set… later… this… evening…

Houston, we have a problem!

I am going on Day 3 of not leaving the apartment and I fear my fragile mind is about to fragment and the pigeons on the rooftop next door could be in danger of being slaughtered and posed in suggestive positions and then lowered from my window by crafting floss that has been braided so as to be pretty.

Fo shizz, this is not good.  I look like a melted vomit ice sculpture and don’t feel too much better.  There is no healthy food here and I can’t go get any because my face has most definitely had better days.  I couldn’t sleep last night because all I have done for two days is lay in bed and watch television.  My head hurts too much to read and today is Saturday so I can’t even IM with my friends!  Had to cancel a date TWICE, had to bail on my friends THREE separate times, I’m missing my friend’s baby shower and a weekend with my family, I’ve not worked out for days AND I missed two days at work.  What is going on?  Someone save me before the pigeons get it and Mike Tyson hears about what I’ve done and comes here and punches me in my already ruined face.
